Cocktail In The Making

My passion for bartending and cocktails began as a hobby more than ten years ago. I quickly realized that it was much more than that, and in search of its professional side, I received my training at the Shaker Bar School in London.
There, in one of the world’s cocktail capitals, surrounded by an endless flow of knowledge, techniques and inspiration, my passion became a constant pursuit of growth. I continued attending cocktail seminars, tastings and industry events around the world, including the important Tales of the Cocktail event in New Orleans, as well as seminars in Berlin, Paris and many other cities.
A major part of my journey has also been cocktail competitions. I have taken part in more than 20 competitions, with some of the most important moments being my second-place award in World Class 2019, one of the most demanding cocktail competitions worldwide, and my first-place award in the Diplomático World Tournament, which gave me the ticket to represent my work at the global final in Venezuela.
With more than ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has spent years behind the bar creating memorable experiences for guests.
With a strong background in coffee, he has developed a unique approach to flavor, balance and aromas, bringing a fresh perspective to the world of cocktails. He has also been awarded 3rd place in Greece twice in the Coffee In Good Spirits competition.
Inspired by the energy and simplicity of life in Crete, he focuses on creating enjoyable experiences that bring together people, flavors and moments.
With more than ten years of experience, he has been behind the bar offering quality drinks and warm smiles.
Through his participation in cocktail competitions over the years, he combines experience, creativity and a strong passion for his craft. His inspiration comes from his deep love for nature and the richness of the ingredients generously offered by his homeland, Crete.
